Before you reserve.

Artwork Selection & Placement

All artwork submissions will be reviewed by the Pourtraits gallery team. Selected artists will be notified of their acceptance, and Pourtraits will determine frame assignments, artwork placement, and installation details. Submission does not guarantee selection or display.

Gallery Display Period

Artwork is generally displayed for approximately two months. However, display periods are flexible and not guaranteed. Pieces may be rotated, extended, or relocated as the gallery evolves.

Artist Agreement

All selected artists are required to sign the Pourtraits Gallery Artist Exhibition & Sales Agreement before their artwork can be installed. Artwork will not be displayed until the signed agreement has been received.

Participation & Sales

There is no fee to submit or participate in the gallery. Pourtraits receives a 10% commission on artwork sold, with 90% of the sale going directly to the artist.

Art Gallery Intake Form

Artists may submit up to three individual pieces for consideration in the Pourtraits Art Gallery. Please complete a separate submission form and upload an image for each artwork you wish to have considered for display.

  • No. Despite our name, artwork does not have to be portraiture. We welcome a range of visual art styles and subjects that contribute to the creative experience of the Pourtraits Gallery.

  • There is no gallery placement fee. However, Pourtraits retains a 10% commission only when artwork sells, with 90% of the sale going to the artist.

  • Artwork is generally displayed for approximately two months, but this is not a guaranteed display period. Pieces may be rotated, relocated, removed or extended as the gallery evolves and new artists are featured.

  • Artists are responsible for providing a gallery-ready print in the exact dimensions of the frame reserved. Pourtraits will place the print in the assigned frame and handle installation. Please do not bring the original artwork for installation.

  • The artwork will be marked “Collected” in the gallery and online. Pourtraits will coordinate the sale with the artist and purchaser. Pourtraits receives 10% of the artwork’s sale price, and the artist retains 90%.

  • Artists must submit the artist intake form and attached the requested artwork and artist information. If selected, artists must deliver a designated sized print, and sign the Pourtraits Gallery Artist Exhibition & Sales Agreement. Artwork cannot be installed until the signed agreement has been received.
